Sgermova smreka Spruce

The highest tree in Slovenia and in Central Europe can be found in Zgornja Orlica in Pohorje. This magnificent spruce (Picea abies) with a circumference at breast height of 113 centimetres and the height of 62 metres is part of the natural heritage. Its age is estimated to be 300 years old.
