Across Koroška

An adventure along the Koroška Mountain Trail connects three Koroška valleys—Meža, Drava, and Mislinja—as well as the mountain ranges of the Karawanks, Pohorje, Kozjak, and the Savinja Alps. The Koroška Mountain Trail leads across the summits of all the major mountains and hills in the Koroška region, such as the two-thousand-meter peaks Peca and Raduha, as well as Pohorje, Uršlja Gora, Kozjak, Smrekovec, and Olševa. Numerous mountain huts and outposts are located along the way, where you can rest while enjoying the picturesque views stretching across the Koroška region.

Sections

The entire Koroška Mountain Trail can be completed as a demanding 10- to 12-day tour. There are 32 checkpoints along the hiking trail. The network of well-maintained mountain paths in Koroška also allows for the creation of many attractive shorter tours that cover only specific sections of the Koroška Mountain Trail. Some of these are less demanding and suitable for occasional hikers.
