Hilly Koroška

Departure by coach in the morning from your town and travel towards Koroška.
Upon arrival in Koroška, we will first enjoy a miller’s snack. Then we will take you back to the days of milling in Koroška. We will visit a preserved museum mill and the stamping mill where grain is hulled—an important ethnological landmark and cultural monument. When the old mill doors open, powered by a large waterwheel, we will watch in fascination the dance of water, grain and flour. Also on display are the types of grain that were processed in the past or are still grown in our area today.
Our exploration of Koroška continues in the tourist village of Šentanel, known for its many tourist farms, excellent cuisine and even better drinks. We will tour the village with our guide. Various poets and composers were also born here, inspired by the beauty of the Koroška mountains.
After that, we will enjoy an authentic Koroška lunch.
We will then head to the farm where love is at home—or rather, Love in the Hayloft. The owner of this farm took part in the TV reality show “Ljubezen na seniku”. He now lives on this farm with the partner he chose on the show, where they will warmly welcome you, offer some homemade treats and cider or fresh apple juice, and then the host will show you around the property. You will be able to visit the museum and the fruit-processing facility. The farm is engaged in fruit growing and processing, as well as traditional crafts.

Included: outdoor visits and admission fees as per the programme (Povhov Mill, Šentanel—village tour, visit to a fruit farm and tasting), a miller’s snack at the mill (rye bread, juice, flatbread, cracklings, various side dishes), “Koroška jižina” lunch (typical Koroška dishes), organisation and guided tour with a guide, basic personal accident insurance for passengers on the trip.
